Mark and Justin we're professional and did a great job. They cleaned up everything and left it better than they found it. I highly recommend this company. We had Colin the plumber come back and reset our bathroom toilet. They sent. Mitch, he did a fabulous job again. He was very professional, took his time. The job was done right. The toilet looks great and works wonderful. I am still very happy with this company and highly recommend them.

Visit #2 Mitch and Brian are highly skilled, professional, and extremely helpful. They went the extra miles (plural) for us. We had a main water shutoff replacement scheduled, and they installed that and a back-up in addition. We had a laundry pipe leaking they replaced that very quickly. We had some other issues and they took a look on the spot and gave us a few options. And last, but not least, in the same visit we asked them to look at the fridge/ice maker and give an estimate and they fixed it on the spot. We always have impeccable service, and Mitch and Brian were amazing. The quality of work, service, and value are all exceptional. We highly recommend them, and Colin the Plumber, for any plumbing issues or upgrades. We don't call anyone else. Thank you so much, Mitch and Brian! Visit #1 Adam and Missy are both highly skilled, knowledgeable, professional, and versatile. They educated us about our home's plumbing in ways that are very accessible and easy to remember, performing faucet replacements, sump pump replacement, and valve shutoff replacements with care. They both took extra initiative and replaced lines and another shutoff that during the work they found to have small leaks, to prevent problems later on, so we have great peace of mind. Everyone I interacted with at Colin The Plumber was polite and helpful. Arrival times were clearly communicated and accurate. During service, they were respectful of my home, kept everything as clean as possible and left no mess at all upon departure. They even came back immediately when I called long after normal hours because I (incorrectly) suspected an issue. I would not hesitate to recommend Colin The Plumber. A+

Colin's visit was perfection! He arrived within two hours of my contacting the office regarding our broken sump pump. He was extremely friendly, polite and professional. He answered all of my questions and explained exactly what he was going to do. The work was done in record time and he did a great job cleaning up after he was finished. The price was quite fair and we are more than pleased with the whole experience. We strenuously recommend Colin and his plumbing company! He gets an A+++!!

This is the second time we have had Colin the Plumber out to the house, first time was to install a toilet that was done very well. This time was an emergency as the shower was dripping into the basement and Adam came out and found the issue right away and fixed it. While he was here I had him fix the waterline to Fridge that took forever to fill a glass of water, now it finishes in 5 seconds. He was very professional and courteous and cleaned up very well at end. Thanks for the quick response and Great job.

We called Colin the Plumber and they were able to come out within 45 minutes! Adam was super helpful and was able to fix our plumbing issue on the spot, and also gave us advice for future plumbing work we should consider. We will be calling back to schedule with them. Thank you so much!

This was my first experience using Colin the Plumber, & I would definitely use their services again. My repairs were two-fold, an intermittently running toilet, & an issue with my tub spout. Missy arrived promptly, & was pleasant, professional, & knowledgeable. After assessing my issues, Missy was able to clearly describe the needed repairs, including options, and was able to quote a cost, which I felt was more than reasonable. Missy completed all repairs in a timely, efficient manner, again clearly reporting the repairs that had been completed. I was very pleased with the services provided!

Adam just left our home and we're happy customers! He went above and beyond adjusting an uneven surface to make sure the toilet he installed was stable.
